The Church of Saint Charles Borromeo, Sidney Place, Brooklyn Heights. Hall kicks off the New York City Chapter's fall Organ Crawl with a lecture-recital on the church's historic Odell organ. Members of the Brooklyn and NYC chapters attend all the day's events for free. Sunday, October 16, 6:30 PM (after 6 PM Evensong). Hall returns to the magnificent Richards Fowkes organ at Christ Church, New Brunswick, NJ. Bill Powers will also appear. Free. November 6, All Saints Sunday, 4 PM. Inaugural recital on the fine Austin organ at Grace Church, Rutherford, for A FEAST OF BAROQUE MUSIC. William Powers, classical saxophone. Music by Bach, Buxtehude, Bruhns, and van den Gheyn.
