On Friday, June 11, 2004, Jonathan Hall and Bill Powers will take part in a major benefit concert to aid medical services in the developing island nation of Grenada. The concert will take place in St. George's, the capital of this nation of 90,000 just north of the coast of Venezuela. Hall will serve as the accompanist for an extended concert of classics, opera, and spirituals; and Powers will add his magical saxophone in several special numbers. Leading NYC singers Donald Barnum and Steven Stein-Grainger will direct the proceedings.
