In November, 2009, Jonathan Hall received word that he'd been elected a
member of the Society of Colonial Wars, a distinguished lineage society for
the male descendants of those who fought for America before the Battle of
Lexington.

Hall is also a member of the Sons of the American Revolution, for the male
descendants of those who supported the cause of Liberty after the Battle of
Lexington. He is on the Board of the New York City Chapter, Empire State
Society.

He also honors his southern heritage with membership in the Military Order
of Stars and Bars, for the male descendants of Confederate officers and
civilian legislators.

All three organizations strongly emphasize the value of American patriotism
and historical research. Each represents a different century, and a different
crossroads in the American journey.
