The Chapter has kicked off its 2005-2006 year with its traditional picnic in Park Slope at Saint John's Episcopal Church. This year, we decided to make this the installation for our officers as well, and our District Convener made the trip all the way to do the honors.
Last year, we had the deaths of two chapter officers to deal with, both personally and professionally. As we continue to mourn and miss them, we also must move forward. At today's event, we welcomed a mew member, Raymond Trapp. We enjoyed conviviality and good food, and our installation service was both informal and taken very seriously by all. |
